Along with our workshops, worship services, business meetings, and fellowship, we would also like to support some of our vital ministries. Each day we will be featuring a ministry and asking you to consider donating to support these causes. You can do so before the Convention by securely donating online or during the Convention either online or by a cash or cheque donation. There will be a collection box in the sanctuary.

Thursday, August 20 – The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Canada - Your donation helps us host important gatherings like the All-Canada Convention and keeps our congregations and clergy closely connected. Your gift also makes it possible for our National Pastor and Administrator to support local ministries and proudly represent Canadian voices at General Church and ecumenical events. 

Friday, August 21 - Center for Indigenous Ministries (Disciples of Christ) works to help people in North America learn, understand, and advocate for justice for Indigenous people in Canada and the United States. 

Saturday, August 22 – Youth and Young Adult Ministries – Your donation will help support Youth and Young Adult programming, resources and our Youth Pastor. 

Sunday, August 23 – St. Thomas Christian Church – One of our 2 host churches for the Convention. Your offering supports and provides weekly worship services that focus on connection, compassion, inclusion, and justice; small group gatherings and Bible studies that encourage people to think critically and prayerfully, ask questions, and reflect on their own lives and faith journeys; pastoral care visits and conversations that focus on love and care (without judgement or shame) for individuals and families going through challenges, transitions, and different seasons of life; and outreach that considers the diverse needs of our neighbours in St. Thomas and beyond.
